Methods of Payment

• Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Insurance

• All insurance providers accepted if applicable
• The only Insurance Provider we can direct bill is Blue Cross and this is only if your policy allows this
• Any other Insurance Provider will require you to pay in full and submit your receipt to them and they will reimburse you accordingly.

Cancellation Policies

• Spa- When booking a spa package, a credit card will be required and a 50% cancellation fee will apply if less than a 24 hour notice is given.

• Wellness Center- If you must cancel, or reschedule your treatment, you will need to notify us at least 24 hours in advance, to avoid being charged in full for the treatment.
